Regina Conklin is a Senior Portfolio Manager of Victory Income Investors, which was formerly known as USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise, and was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019. Ms. Conklin joined USAA in 1991 and has co-managed or managed the Tax Exempt Intermediate-Term and Tax Exempt Short-Term portfolios since June 2003, and the New York Bond portfolio since March 2010. Ms. Conklin holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Texas State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a is a Certified Public Accountant and CFA® charterholder.
