Bud Vigil is a quantitative researcher & portfolio specialist for the RS Global team. RS Investments was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2016 and is a Victory Capital investment franchise. 

Mr. Vigil joined the RS Global team as a quantitative researcher and portfolio specialist in 2020. He previously served as a risk and solutions manager for Victory Capital, supporting the quantitative analysis and risk management functions of multiple Victory franchises, including the RS Global team. Prior to that, Mr. Vigil led the portfolio analytics team at RS Investments, where he oversaw the performance reporting and investment risk analysis functions.  

Mr. Vigil holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
