Thomas Allman is an associate portfolio manager with the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In his role, he supports multiple aspects of investment research, product development and data analysis. Mr. Allman provides risk reporting, quantitative investment model updates/enhancements, broad macro-economic research and expertise to assist portfolio managers with investment strategy management across multiple investment disciplines.

Mr. Allman joined Victory Capital in 2021. Prior to this, he worked as a trader at Provenance Wealth Advisors, where he was responsible for investment research, analysis, and trade management.

Mr. Allman holds a B.S. in economics from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from Syracuse University.
