About USVM

Seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Nasdaq Victory US Small Mid Cap Value Momentum Index. The Index is designed to deliver exposure to equity securities of small and mid capitalization issuers that have higher exposure to value and momentum factors while also maintaining moderate turnover and lower realized volatility than traditional capitalization weighted indexes.

On November 1, 2022, USVM's name changed from VictoryShares USAA MSCI USA Small Cap Value Momentum ETF to VictoryShares US Small Mid Cap Value Momentum ETF. On the same day, the Fund began comparing its performance to the Nasdaq US Small Mid Cap 1300 Index and the Nasdaq Victory US Small Mid Cap Value Momentum Index, rather than the MSCI USA Small Cap Index and the MSCI USA Small Cap Select Value Momentum Blend Index because the Fund changed its broad-based securities index to the Nasdaq US Small Mid Cap 1300 Index and changed its Index to the Nasdaq Victory US Small Mid Cap Value Momentum Index. *The Nasdaq Victory US SMid Val Mo/MSCI USA SC Sel Val Mo Blend performance reflects that of the MSCI USA Small Cap Select Value Momentum Blend Index through 10/31/2022 and the Nasdaq Victory US Small Mid Cap Value Momentum Index from 11/1/2022 onward.

The Morningstar RatingTM for funds, or “star rating,” is calculated for managed products (including mutual funds, variable annuity and variable life subaccounts, exchange-traded funds, closed- end funds, and separate accounts) with at least a three-year history.
